Returns and Refunds
We want you to love your purchase and will do our best to ensure that you are satisfied with your shopping experience. We happily accept returns within 30 days of delivery.
US domestic customers, please begin your return process here.

Please note that purchases must be returned to their original source of purchase. In-store purchases cannot be returned online, and online purchases cannot be returned in store.
Your return will be processed within 3 to 5 business days of being received by our warehouse. Once your return is processed and your refund is issued, you will be credited to the original payment method used, which should appear on your account within 10 business days.
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Anything returned outside of this timeframe will be refunded at our discretion.
Items must be returned unused and in new condition with all MadaLuxe Vault tags and designer labels still attached and with original packaging and/or duster bags, if applicable. Merchandise returned in damaged condition, without original packaging, and/or without the security or price tags attached cannot be refunded and will be returned to the customer.
Please note: returns must be shipped from the same country where the order was delivered. Returns shipped from an address outside the country where the order was delivered will not be accepted. If you are outside of the United States, all sales are final.
When trying on your shoes, please stand on a soft, carpeted floor to protect the soles from wear. If you would like to return your shoes, please include the original dust bag and box.
Please take extra care with light-colored handbags as dark-colored clothing can easily transfer onto soft suede and leather. Handbags must be returned in original dust bags and packaging with all security and price tags still attached.
Eyewear must be returned in the original packaging. Take care to avoid scratches or scuffs to the lenses when trying on.
WATCHES & JEWELRY
Please return your jewelry with all of its original packaging and accessories. Items must be returned free of scratches and other damage.

Please try on swimsuits over underwear, without removing the protective liner. Returns will not be accepted if the liner has been removed or if there is evidence that the try-on requirements were not observed.
If you received an item that is damaged or of unsatisfactory quality, you can return that item to us within 30 days. If you have owned the item for longer, please contact customer care. Please note that items damaged from your own wear or misuse will not be considered faulty.
While we’ve taken every effort to display all colors accurately, colors on computer monitors can vary. We cannot guarantee that the color displayed on your computer screen will exactly match the color in person.
While we are proud to offer a flexible returns policy, we actively monitor every return. Repeated or suspicious returns will be flagged and may lead to the closure of your account and the refusal of future orders.
